Ingredients

  1. 1 lbchicken breast (sliced into thin strips)
  2. 1 smallwhite onion (sliced into thin strips)
  3. 1green bell pepper (sliced into thin strips)
  4. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  5. Seasoning
  6. 1 tbspcornstarch
  7. 2 tspchili powder
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1 tsppaprika
  10. 1 tspsugar
  11. 1chicken boullion cube (crushed)
  12. 1/2 tsponion powder
  13. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  14. 1/4 tspcayenne
  15. 1/4 tspcumin

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all seasoning ingredients and set aside

    In medium skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil on med-high heat

  3. 3

    Add chicken and saute until cooked thoroughly

  4. 4

    In large pan, add 1 tbsp oil and heat on med-high

  5. 5

    Add pepper and onion; saute until tender

  6. 6

    Add chicken to veggies

  7. 7

    Stir in 1/3 of seasoning (or more...I use 1/3 and save the rest but you can add as much as your heart desires :) )

  8. 8

    Serve in a warm tortilla with whatever topping your heart desires!
