  • 1 1/8 lbsboneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 500 grams)
  • 1onion, sliced
  • 1red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cupssliced mushrooms (about 150 grams)
  • 2 cupshalved cherry tomatoes (about 300 grams)
  • Cumin, to taste
  • Paprika, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry the chicken until almost fully cooked.

    Add the onion and continue frying until it softens.
