  1. 1 kgboiled matumbo
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. Piecesgarlic
  4. 1onion
  5. Bunchcoriander
  6. Pinchessalt
  7. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Put oil in a cooking pot then,add onions,let them cook untill its turnip brown

  2. 2

    Add boiled matumbo into the cooking pot,and stir and allow it to turn brownish

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes,stir and cover until it forms a thick paste

  4. 4

    Add ground garlic then,a little amount of water to make it wet,then,cover.

  5. 5

    Add few pinches of salt and coriander leaves then serve
