  1. 1/4 kgmatumbo
  2. 3 bunchesmanagu
  3. 2big tomatoes
  4. 1onion
  5. coriander
  6. conjet
  7. oil
  8. salt
  9. hoho

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and wash the matumbo

  2. 2

    Boil for 30-40 min

  3. 3

    Wash and cut the managu

  4. 4

    Fry the onion and add the managu

  5. 5

    Cut the onion and hoho together

  6. 6

    Fry them and the matumbo.

  7. 7

    Slice the tomato,conjet and coriander

  8. 8

    Add to the fried matumbo

  9. 9

    Cook for 5 min.

  10. 10

    Serve with ugali.
