First we're gonna boil the palak, for that add some salt in a kadhai, pour some water and bring it to boil.

After boiling remove the palak & keep it in cold water for 5 mins.

After that make puree of the palak.

Heat some oil in a kadhai, add hing, green chillies, onions & sauté well.

Add tomato puree, ginger garlic paste & sauté well.

Add all the dry masalas, sauté well & simmer for 5 mins until oil is leaked out.

Add palak puree, mix it well & cook it for 5 mins.

Add salt to taste, mix well.

Add paneer cubes, mix well & simmer for 2 mins.

Your palak paneer is ready to eat, garnish with cream & serve hot.
