Ingredients

  1. 500 gbeef chopped
  2. 2small ripe tomatoes, chopped
  3. 2small carrots, grated
  4. 1small green pepper, diced
  5. 1onion, chopped
  6. to tasteSalt,
  7. 1 bunchcorriader, chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Add onions in a sufuria containing hot oil.

    Allow to cook till golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add the beef, stir and cover with a lid.

  4. 4

    Allow to cook for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Stir and lay the mixture of tomatoes, corriader, pepper and carrots. Add salt on top and cover for 2 minutes.

    Stir and add water for stew.

  7. 7

    Allow to boil till the beef is well cooked.
