Take a wok add mustard oil,then mustard oil smoked add garlic then garlic saute add onion paste saute till golden brown.

Then add tomato paste,all dry masala and ginger paste paste.

Then add boiled chana mix and saute for 5 minutes then add chana boiled water for gravy.

Then cook fir 5 minutes add kasuri methi.

Serve hot kabuli chana masala.
