Cooking Instructions

Bake sweet potatos at 350°F for about 30mins. Peel potatos and beat with mixture (remove strings that form on the mixture beaters)

Add butter and beat on medium speed adding eggs and next 6 ingredients.

Pour mixture evenly into pie.
- 4
Bake @ 350 for 40-50 mins on lower oven rack.

My daughter started baking by herself at age 10 and this is her favorite pie to make for the holidays - especially when others requested it for their family. It originated from the recipes of B. Smith and transformed into something more. I stated this will make 2 8in deep dish pies but it would probably make that plus a regular size pie. Enjoy!
