Sweet Potato pie
this recipe is very simple but sure to be a crowd favorite
Cooking Instructions

preheat oven 350°
- 2
bake 3 yams for about an hour (this will make 2 pies)

once the potatos are cooked and soft peel skin and drop in mixing bowl.

add eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla
- 5
add mixture to food processor and mix till smooth
- 6
add to pie crust and bake for 35 to 45 min.

let cool and serve.
