Ingredients

  1. 8 ozfresh or frozen cod or sea bass
  2. 6 ozuncooked peeled and deveined shrimp
  3. 1hand full crab meat
  4. 2 tspoil
  5. 1/3 cuponion
  6. 2stalks celery
  7. 1 clovegarlic
  8. 1 cupchicken broth
  9. 1/4 cupwhite wine
  10. 14 ozcan diced tomatoes
  11. 8 ozcan tomatoe sauce
  12. 1 tspdry oregano
  13. 1/2 tspdry basil
  14. 1/2 tspsalt
  15. 1/4 tsppepper
  16. 1 1/2 tbspfresh parsley

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse fish and shrimp, pat dry, and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Cut shrimp in half length wises.

    In large pot heat oil over medium heat.

    Cook onion, celery, and garlic until tender.

    Carefully stir in broth and wine, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.

    Stir in tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Return to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Gently stir in fish, shrimp and crab. Return to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.

    Sprinkle with parsley
