Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsFresh coconut grated
  2. 100 gramsroasted chana/gram
  3. 2green chillies chopped
  4. 1 sprigcurry leaves
  5. 1 teaspoonmint leaves (my secret ingredient)
  6. 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  7. 1 teaspooncurd
  8. 1/2 teaspoonsalt or to taste
  9. For tempering
  10. 1 teaspoonoil
  11. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  12. 10curry leaves
  13. 2dry red chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients and make a paste in the food processor add some salt to taste.

    Add lemon juice and mix well.

    For tempering
    Heat oil in a tadka pan.

  4. 4

    Add mustard seeds,curry leaves,and dry red chillies.

  5. 5

    When all spices splutter, add this tempering to the coconut chutney.

  6. 6

    Serve with idlis, dosas, uttapam and medu vadas.

    Enjoy endlessly
