Ingredients

  1. 6white bread slice
  2. 1 tspdry fenugreek powder
  3. 1 tspjaggery powder
  4. to taste salt
  5. 1/4 tsphing
  6. to taste red chilli powder
  7. 1chop onion
  8. 2tomato cut in slices
  9. 1 cupcurd
  10. For Chutney powder
  11. 5 pcswhole red chilli
  12. 2 tspchana dal
  13. 2 tspUrad dal
  14. 2 tspdessicated coconut
  15. as neededFew dry curry leaves
  16. to tasteas taste salt
  17. 2 tspSesame seeds
  18. 2 tspmustard seeds
  19. 1/4 tsphing
  20. 2 tsp tamarind pulp
  21. 2 tspvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a nonstick pan add all spices dry roast.

  2. 2

    Take grinder jar add all masala,tamarind pulp,water and oil mix and grind well.Milagai chutney is ready.

  3. 3

    Take a bread slices cut wedges and grind well add curd, fenugreek powder,salt,red chilli,water and jaggery powder mix and rise for overnight.

    Then next day take a bread batter mix chop onion and hing mix well.

  5. 5

    Take a nonstick pan pour oil and spread batter garnish tomato slices and make a uttapam.

  6. 6

    Then serve Bread Uttapam and Milagai Podi.
