Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  2. 1/2 cup mint leaves
  3. 5-6 clovesgarlic
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 1/2 cup chopped vegetables
  6. 1 cupcooked rice
  7. To tasteSalt
  8. as neededWater
  9. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  10. 1 tablespoonoil
  11. 1 tablespoonghee

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil and ghee in a pan

    Add cumin seeds to it

  3. 3

    Add chopped green chilli and onion to it

  4. 4

    Let it cook for sometime

  5. 5

    Add chopped vegetables to it and sprinkle salt on it

  6. 6

    Let it cook for 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Make a thick paste of coriander leaves, mint, chilli and garlic

  8. 8

    Add this paste to the vegetables in the pan and add a little water and let it cook for sometime

  9. 9

    Now add cooked rice to it and mix it properly with this mixture

  10. 10

    Sprinkle some coriander leaves to it

  11. 11

    Your coriander mint rice is ready serve it with some curd
