  1. 8artichokes
  2. 1bread crumbs
  3. 1chopped parsley
  4. 1chopped garlic
  5. 1salt
  6. 1olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the tips off the Artichoke leaves.

    Spread the leaves

  3. 3

    Mix bread crumbs, garlic, salt, olive oil and parsley (to taste)

  4. 4

    Stuff the Artichokes with the mixture

  5. 5

    Place standing in a pot, add water to half the height of the Artichokes.

  6. 6

    Boil for about 20 minutes or until cooked.

I like simple dishes that are quick and tasty. I also tend to prefer one pot cooking, so there is less to wash!!My mother is Italian, my father is French and I live in South Africa, my meals are never predictable ;-)
