Ingredients

  1. 400 gmbasmati rice
  2. 100 gmcashew nuts
  3. 5 teaspoon ghee
  4. 100 gmraisins
  5. 3-4 piecesWhole garam masala
  6. as neededsunflower oil
  7. 1/2 turmeric powder
  8. to tastesalt and sugar
  9. 1 literwater

Cooking Instructions

    Rice is washed and mixed with salt, sugar, ghee(2 tbspoon), cashew, raisins and turmeric powder

    The oil and ghee are heated in a handi

  3. 3

    Whole garam masala and the rice are added to the handi and mixed

  4. 4

    Approximately 1 liter of water is poured and let the rice get cooked

  5. 5

    After 20-25 minutes rice is ready

  6. 6

    Serve it with any side dish of your choice
