Ingredients

  1. 2 CupAll purpose flour
  2. 1 tablespoonSemolina
  3. 2 tablespoonsMilk powder
  4. 2 tablespoonsSugar powder
  5. 1/2 cupLukewarm milk
  6. 1 1/2 cupSugar powder
  7. 1 cupWater
  8. 1 cupPure Ghee
  9. Colored waffer shavings for decoration

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add all purpose flour, semolina, milk powder,sugar powder and make a fine paste using milk.

    Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

    Take a pan, and add sugar and water and make a one sting sugar syrup.

    Take a flat pan, and heat pure ghee.

  5. 5

    Pour one scoop of batter into it.

  6. 6

    Now slowly turn the malpua.

  7. 7

    Make other malpuas by this method, Now transfer the malpua in the hot sugar syrup.

    Leave it for 10 minutes and then remove it.

  9. 9

    Now garnish it with colored waffer shavings.
