Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add all purpose flour, sugar, milk, yellow food colour mix all ingredients well remove all the lumps.

Add 1 beaten egg and mix well. Don't worry with the consistency of better, it's quite runny.

It will get thicker after resting in refrigerator.Cover and let it rest for 4 to 6 hours in a refrigerator.

Heat non stick pan add desi ghee and pour maal pura mixture with deep spoon and add more ghee from corner of malpura.

When one side gets done flip the other side. Done all by this method.

Meanwhile make malai on next stove for saving the time.

Making of malai : In a heavy bottom and Deep skillet,add 1/2 liter milk on medium high heat,now add Khoya and cardamon.

Let it cook and stir with spatula,now add condensed milk and mix well. Turn slow the flame.

Cook till it turns into creamy thick texture.Dont turn it to over thick,it will get more thicker after gets cold.

Add few drops of kewra,mix and remove from heat.

Spread malai on prepared malpura. Garnish with nuts.
