Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgcarrot
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 2 tbspghee
  4. 1/4khoya
  5. Sugar
  6. Elachi
  7. Dry fruits

Cooking Instructions

    Wash carrots

    A food processor quickens the process of grating if u own one, u can use it

    Dry fruits fry them in ghee

  4. 4

    To the same pan add milk & begin to heat it

    Add grated carrots

    Other that stir and cook on a medium flame keep stirring to prevent burning at the bottom since I used a heavy bottom pan I didn't have to stir very often

    U will have be cations towards the end when the milk has almost evaporated

    Cook until the milk completely evaporates

    Add sugar & stir it

    Add khoya

    Sugar melts and halwa turns gooey once again add ghee and stir it

    Stir &cook halwa thickens just before u finish off add cardmon poweder
