Mix in a bowl, soy sauce,oil,brown sugar, garlic,

Score the turkey leg,lay foil on a table and place the leg on top pour marination and cover fully

Bake for 2-2½ hours

Peel and boil till soft

Add ¼ cup of milk and 1 tsb butter to the potatoes and mash place in oven to keep warm

Once leg is cooked deglaze the foil the trimmings and leftover sauce in a blender and blend

In a small sauce pan add remaining butter melt,add flour once browned,add milk once fully incoperated add the deglazed liquid

Pour on top of mashed potatoes and serve warm
