Gizzard + Plantain = Gizdodo can be a side for your rice or plain noodle
Cooking Instructions

Wash and peel plantain; cut into cubes; toss a little salt and set aside; in a frying pan pour in canola oil heat up and fry your plantain

Wash and dice gizzard to desired shape; dice pepper, onion and bell pepper then set aside; parboil gizzard and spice with knorr cube, pepper and onions once it’s tender remove from heat and set aside

Drain the gizzard from the sauce and deep fry the gizzard once you are done with the plantain and set aside

Heat up another frying pan and add a 1/2 cooking spoon of canola oil once it’s hot, add onions and after a minute add pepper

Stir and then add salt and knorr then add the plantain and gizzard mix everything together and taste to confirm its to your taste

Finally add green bell pepper and stir; then turn off heat and serve
