Carrot dates barfi

Boil milk for 10 minutes then add finely grinded carrot and cook them for 15 minutes then add grinded dates, sugar, mava and 2 tbsp ghee and mix well and cook till water evaporates from mixture.

And when mixture consistency is dry then add elaichi powder and put the mixture in ghee greased thali and let it cool down in refrigerator and when it cools down then cut the mixture in diamond shaped pieces and serve chilled.
