Ingredients

30 mins
1 serving
  • 3eggs
  • 1tomato puree
  • 2 tbscooking oil
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • A fewdrops of soy sauce
  • 1/2green chopped green pepper
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the eggs then cool. Unshell the eggs and put aside.

  2. 2

    Heat the cooking oil in a cooking pot and add onions and small chopped or grated garlic.

  3. 3

    Let it cook till golden brown. Add the tomato puree and green pepper. Mix well then add the chilli powder and soy sauce.

  4. 4

    Add a little water or 1/4 cup water as soup. Add salt then cut the eggs in to halves and add to the mixture.

  5. 5

    Simmer for 3mins and serve. I serve mine with Chapatis.
