Cooking Instructions

Boil your meat till tender and leave it with the broth for later use.

Fry your onions and just before they brown add your ginger and garlic paste and mixed spices at this point you can add salt

After they brown add the meat without the broth with the potatoes and cover it with very little water for 3 minutes.

Add the rice and leave to cook for a minute on low heat then add 2 cups of the broth on low heat still till the water drains

Put it on a heated oven to dry

Serve
