Cooking Instructions

Wash your meat carefully and chop into sizeable pieces. Then put on a sufuria add salr and leave it to cook for 30mins.

Meanwhile prepare your cooking ingredients chop the onions, Garlic, ginger. Also wash and slice your tomatoes hoho dhania and lemon for Kachumbari.

Once your meet is ready dry until it turns golden brown. Add Cooking oil and allow it to heat properly.

Add the onions and Garlic and stir until Golden brown. Add Tomato paste and salt to it

Wash your rice and rinse out all the water. Add it to the Cooked beef.

Add Pilau Masala, Cardamom and little bit of Royco.

Add 7 glasses of water to the mixture cover it and allow it to cook for sometime until the water is completely over.

Once its ready Remove it from the fire and allow it to cool off a little.

Kachumbari: cut your onions in semi circular shapes and soak them in salt water to remove bitterness. Chop your tomatoes too in a semi circular motion, place in a different bowl. Do the same for the Dhania and capsicum then mix with the Tomatoes.

Drain the excess water from the Onions and mix with the Tomatoes mixture. Mix well. Cut the lemon in too and squeeze the syrup into the Kachumbari. Put in the Fridge for 5mins before serving.

Serve your pilau and lace with Kachumbari. Serve while hot with a glass of Juice.
