Ingredients

  1. For chocolate popcorns_🍿
  2. 3/4 cupReady to use corn kernels for popcorn
  3. 1/2 cupDark chocolate grated
  4. 1 tbspButter
  5. For Caramel popcorns
  6. 1 tbspOil
  7. 2 tbspButter
  8. 1/2 cupReady to use corn kernels for popcorn unsalted
  9. 1/2 cupSugar
  10. 2-3 tbspButter
  11. 1/4 tspBaking soda
  12. 1/4 tspVanilla essence

Cooking Instructions

    For Chocolate popcorn_🍿

    Heat 1/2 tbsp butter in a pressure cooker

  3. 3

    Add 3/4 corn kernels and stir lightly

  4. 4

    Cover the cooker with the lid upside down manner

  5. 5

    Let the kernels papaya

  6. 6

    Remove the lid, add 1/2 cup grated Chocolate and the remaining butter

  7. 7

    Mix well till the chocolate fully coats the popcorn

    Place the Chocolates popcorn on a tray

  9. 9

    Set aside to cool for 10 minutes

    Serve immediately

    For Caramel popcorns_🍿

    In pot add oil, butter and let it melt, add corn kernels and mix well

  13. 13

    Cover and let them papaya, and shake pan in between.

    In frying pan, add butter and let it melt, add sugar, mix well and cook on low flame untill sugar melts and stir continuously and scrape until it thickens

    Add baking soda, vanilla essence and mix well for 15 seconds

  16. 16

    Now add popcorns and coat well

  17. 17

    In baking tray, add caramel Popcorns and let them cool completely and serve
