Ingredients

  1. 1 Cupwhole wheat flour
  2. 1 Cupall purpose flour
  3. 3.5 tspyeast
  4. 1 Cupwarm water (to be added as needed)
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 1tbsp
  7. 1/4 cupbutter
  8. Handfulsesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients in one bowl without water.

    Create a well in the middle, add warm water.

  3. 3

    Knead into a soft dough and let it proof (to double its size)

  4. 4

    Once proofed punch down and shape.

  5. 5

    Let proof again and double the size.

  6. 6

    Cut one cm inch deep in the bread, and brush with milk.Sprinkle the sesame seeds.

  7. 7

    Put in your pre-heated oven, cook till golden brown.

  8. 8

    Brush with melted butter and serve.
