Ingredients

15 minutes
  1. 1seedless watermelon
  2. Crumbled feta cheese
  3. Fresh mint leaves (use the smallest ones)
  4. Fresh ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Depending on the size of the watermelon, cut lengthwise into 4 or 6 pieces. Then cut each piece into wedges.

  2. 2

    Place wedges on individual appetizer plates or a large platter and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.

  3. 3

    Decorate with small mint leaves.

  4. 4

    Add a few grinds of black pepper before serving.
