The king of my kitchen in the summer is the sweet and refreshing watermelon. I make various recipes that I try at all times accordingly. This is a tasty appetizer for an evening on the porch.

The king of my kitchen in the summer is the sweet and refreshing watermelon. I make various recipes that I try at all times accordingly. This is a tasty appetizer for an evening on the porch.

Sauce: In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients with a fork until well combined.

SAGANAKI: Place the feta in a baking dish and cover it with the sugar, lime zest, olive oil, and pepper. Broil for 10 minutes on the top rack of the oven.

Cut a piece of watermelon similar in size to the feta, place it on top of the warm feta, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of sauce, and enjoy.
