Delicious alternative to making a creamy chicken and vegetables pasta with out using high sodium can soups.

Ingredients

  1. 1 lbChicken
  2. 1 cupmixed fresh or frozen veggies
  3. 2 cupschicken broth
  4. 1 teaspoongarlic
  5. 2 teaspoonsbalsomic vinigar
  6. 1 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
  7. 4sliced fresh mushrooms
  8. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  9. as neededflour
  10. Angel hair pasta

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In frying pan use canola oil and warm up pan.

    Cut chicken as desired.
    Cut mushroom and veggies.

  3. 3

    Place chicken and veggies in in pan with minced garlic. Stir frequently.

    Add your balsamic vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.

  5. 5

    Once chicken is cooked add your broth and bring it to a boil.

  6. 6

    Add baking soda and stir in. Add some flour and stir. Repeat until sauce is at your desired texture.

    Place pasta in plate and top with your creamy chicken and veggies and enjoy!
