Cheesy Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients

  1. 1Large Head Broccoli
  2. 1Large Head Cauliflower
  3. 2 CansCheddar Cheese Soup
  4. 3/4 CupMilk
  5. 3 tbspDry Mustard
  6. 1Sleeve Ritz Crackers
  7. 2 CupsShredded Mild Cheddar
  8. 2 cupsShredded Sharp Cheddar
  9. to tasteSalt and Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat Oven to 325 degrees

  2. 2

    Wash Veggies and chop into bite size pieces. Steam veggies slightly in pan of boiling water for 5-8 minutes.Place in large bowl. Set aside.

    Mix Soup, Milk, Dry Mustard, and Mild Cheddar in separate bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Fold Soup/Cheese mixture into vegetables.

    Butter Large Casserole Dish and add Vegetable Mixture.

  6. 6

    Put Layer of Sharp Cheddar Over Vegetable Mix.

  7. 7

    Crush Sleeve of Ritz Crackers and Cover Top of Casserole.

  8. 8

    Bake for 30-45 minutes at 325. Broil for 2-4 minutes to Finish Browning Top.
