Ingredients

  1. 250 gramslady finger washed and dried with cotton cloth
  2. 1tomato sliced
  3. Pinchasofoetida
  4. 1onion sliced
  5. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspwhole cumin seeds
  8. To tastesalt
  9. 1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
  10. 1-2chopped green chillies
  11. leavesFor garnishing Coriander
  12. 1 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil in a pan,then add asofoetida and whole cumin seeds

    Let the seeds splutter,now add sliced onion and cook for a while until translucent.

    Now add sliced lady'finger and stir,add all the remaining masalas then add the tomato and cook on low flame add very little water.

    After it's done add chopped coriander leaves and chopped chillies and serve hot.
