    2 katori mot unko maine 1 day pani mein bhigoya hai aur sham ko cotton kapde mein bandkar use koi garam chiz bori se dakhkar overnight sprout hone diya hai

    Cooker mein 2 tablespoon oil garam karke usme toda rai, jeera 1 pinch hing aur curry patta ka chok lagaya hai.

    (2 tomato, 2 hari mirch, 6-7 kaliya lahsun, 2 inch adrak ka tulda, ek bada pyaz, 2 boiled aalu ko mixer mein dardara (mota) pees liya hai)

    Ab cooker mein is dardare mixer ko oil mein chok diya hai nxt lal mirch 2 teaspoon, kala masala 1 teaspoon, pisa hua dhaniya 1 teaspoon, salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon haldi ye sab masale cooker mein dale hai ab 1 tablespoon imly ka pulp aur chota sa tukda gur ka dala hai aur phir sprout and 2 cup pani dalkar hilakar cooker band karke 2 whistle le li
