Ingredients

  1. 1 kgChicken
  2. 2large Onions chopped
  3. 2big tomatoes
  4. as neededOil
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  7. 3 tspKolhapuri masala
  8. 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  9. 2 tspCoriander powder
  10. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  11. 1/2 cupCoconut grated
  12. 1 tspGaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    Wash chicken and marinate it in salt & ginger garlic paste,salt & little turmeric.

    In a grinder grind coconut and keep aside.Grind onions+tomato to a paste.

  3. 3

    Take a wok add sufficient oil and heat.Add some ginger garlic paste and saute.

  4. 4

    Add onion, Tomato paste now.After 2.mins put coconut,salt, turmeric and stir fry.

    Add chilli powder and Kolhapuri masala.Keep stirring till all Masale are Incorporated.

    Add garam masala and Coriander pow.& mix well.

    Now add chicken and blend well with Masala nicely.Cover the Wok with lid and turn the gas on sim.

    Keep stirring in between.

    Once chicken is done check with salt and add little hot water to adjust the gravy consistency.

    Serve hot with roti or rice!!
