Ingredients

  1. 1 litremilk
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1&1/2 cup water
  4. 3-4cardamon
  5. 3-4lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    First boil milk add lemon juice let milk crudle and water will be separated cook for further 10minutes,off the flame and strain water and wash it for 2-3times so sourness of lemon is gone.

    Tie the paneer that we got in cotton cloth and hang till all water is soaked.

    Till then let's prepare sugar syrup add water and sugar on the flame cook till sugar is dissolved.Cook for 10min add cardamon and off the flame.

    Now take the paneer rub it with palm till it's smooth and form like a dough till 10-15minutes. Make small balls without cracks.

    Turn on the gas of sugar syrup add all rasgulla's cover it with lid and cook in medium to low flame for 15-20minutes.Off the flame.Let it cool.

    Keep in refrigerator for some hours and enjoy with friends,relatives and family in festivals.
