Ingredients

  1. 200 gmwheat flour
  2. 2finely chopped medium size onion
  3. 5medium size boiled potatoes
  4. 4finely chopped green chillies and coriander leaves
  5. 1 spoonkasoori methi
  6. 3/4 spoonsalt
  7. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  8. 1 spooncoriander powder
  9. 1/2 spoonchat masala
  10. 1/4 spoongaram masala
  11. 50 gmoil/ghee
  12. Water to make dough

Cooking Instructions

    Boil potatoes but don't pour water to cool it. Peel hot potatoes and mash it with help of masher. Keep them for cooling.

    Make a perfect dough of wheat flour not too much loose or not too much tight.Keep it for 10 min to make it perfect.

    When potatoes become cool mix all ingredients to make stuffing. Stuffing should be tight if it is not tightmix some suji or gram flour to make it tight.

    Now make a big dough of 50 gm expand it, put two spoon stuffing fold it perfectly, expand a little with the help of hand. When it is in 4 inches diameter then u can use flatter. Now slowly make it large.

    Put your dosa tava on gas heat it, then put your parantha on it after 20 sec change the side of parantha, when baked from both side Grease oil on first side then other side, bake it from both sides.

    Your special potato-onion Parantha is ready. You can serve it with curd, pickle or chuteny.
