These delicious cutlets can be prepared using left over rice while ditching the usual potatoes😀 They can be made with usual ingredients available in a typical Indian kitchen. #starters #yummyfromleftover
Cooking Instructions

Mash the left over rice with spoon..

Chop finely capsicum,onion.Grate raw potato,carrot,ginger

Soak bread loafs in water,squeeze the entire water,crumble and add to mashed rice

Add besan and suji

Add in all the chopped /grated veggies
- 6
Add in all the masalas/spices as per quantity mentioned in ingredients and knead well into a smooth dough.Grease your hands and make small flattened cutlets with the dough.

Add salt and origano flakes in bread crumbs and place in a flat plate

Coat the cutlets nicely in bread crumbs

Shallow fry in hot oil

And here they are ready to serve with mint /coriander chutney
