Inspired by my sister. I thought of different creative ways on how to make my noodles stand out,but I wasn't satisfied with any of my numerous choices... She gave the idea of noodles looking like fried rice, so I decided to make the stir fried curry noodles with sausages. I was overjoyed at the great taste and combo. Never knew noodles could taste so much better 😋😋😋

Stir Fried Wiener Sausages and Cabbage with Curry Sauce Stir Fried Wiener Sausages and Cabbage with Curry Sauce
This is a recipe my mom often made for me when I was little. The dish can become very spicy depending on the curry powder, so adjust accordingly while checking the taste. If making this for children, then just add enough curry powder to add fragrance. Water will come out of the cabbage as time goes by, so heat it up again just before serving. Stewed Curry Udon Noodles Stewed Curry Udon Noodles
I made curry noodle soup in a clay pot. It's a sister to the stewed miso udon noodles. Please adjust the amount of dashi base according to the size of your clay pot. You can use pork or onions instead of chicken. The egg will be cooked with remaining heat so take the pot from the heat shortly after you cover the pot. You can cook the egg to the doneness of your liking but I like it soft-poached. Recipe by Bananazakuro cookpad.japan -
Jamerican Curry Chicken & Rice Soup Jamerican Curry Chicken & Rice Soup
It would seem that all the soups sold in grocery stores have sugar in it. My favorite is chicken noodle, but my diet doesn't allow any noodles or sugar. So I decided to take my mom's curry chicken recipe & make a soup out of it. I use Indian rice (basmati) instead of noodles & vegetable broth can be used instead of chicken broth. FitzRoyG -

Easy and Speedy Curry Flavored Spring Rolls Easy and Speedy Curry Flavored Spring Rolls
I had leftover spring roll wrappers and was thinking of a way to make appetizers. Here's my take on cooking a dish with my favorite ingredients: wiener sausages, cheese, and curry.Even if you don't boil the wiener sausages before wrapping it, it will cook through when pan-frying and become plump. Serve with ketchup if you like. For 1 serving. Recipe by Kyocchin cookpad.japan -
Curry Sausages Curry Sausages
This has been a hit since it was first served. I leave the casing on them, and I don't cook them hard to make bangers out of them, so they have a snap and are super juicy. You can eat these over mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, riced cauliflower, eggs, noodles, or rice. They are really good over tater-tots, fries, or scrambled eggs. I add just a little HP Sauce, but you can leave it out, or substitute with Worcestershire sauce. I was going to put just Australia, but it wouldn't let me.Do not confuse this recipe with currywurst from West Germany recipe. It has a tomato based sauce. skunkmonkey101 -

Kitsuné Rice Bowl with Curry Sauce and Fried Tofu Kitsuné Rice Bowl with Curry Sauce and Fried Tofu
Fried bean curd cooked in a sweet-savory sauce on rice (called kitsune-don) is delicious and I love it, but I thought that in the summer months when appetites are lagging something spicy like this would be better. My husband really liked it so I decided to upload it here! You can freeze aburaage (fried flat tofu), so it's useful to keep stocked. I make the sauce with dashi stock so it's not that spicy. It's also good on top of udon noodles. Recipe by pappatyan cookpad.japan
