  1. 1/2 kgbeef
  2. 10onion potatoes
  3. 1 piececucumber
  4. 4carrot pieces
  5. 4tomatoes
  6. Tomato paste
  7. 3large onions
  8. Crushed garlic and ginger paste
  9. 1tspn black pepper
  10. 1tspn curry powder
  11. 1grated capsicum
  12. 1tspn vinegar
  13. 1 bunchcoriander
  14. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Chop 1 onion and 2 tomatoes in a bowl, add 1 tspn of vinegar and refrigerate it as you prepare your beef potatoe stew

    For the beef potatoe stew,boil your meat with cooking oil, salt, curry powder, black pepper, grated garlic and ginger

  3. 3

    Once tender, saute it to golden brown then add your chopped onions and grated capsicum

  4. 4

    Add your tomatoes simmer them for five minutes then add sliced onion potatoes, cucumber carrots and tomato paste.

    Add a cup of water for your soup, sprinkle your chopped coriander, cover and simmer for ten minutes

  6. 6

    Now serve with your earlier on refrigerated kachumbari, pilau and enjoy
