Ingredients

20- 25 min

  1. Ingredients For Dough:
  2. 2 cupWhole Wheat Flour
  3. 2 cupAll purpose flour
  4. 1/4 cupGhee/Oil - more than
  5. 1 tspCarom seeds
  6. 1 & 1/2 tspAjwain
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspBaking powder
  9. as neededWater and milk mixture - knead the dough
  10. For stuffing
  11. 1/2 cupChopped Potatoes
  12. 1-1/2 cupCauliflower
  13. 1/2 cupCarrot
  14. 1/2 cupBeans
  15. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  16. 1 tspGaram Masala
  17. 1 tspCumin powder
  18. 1 handfulChopped coriander leaves
  19. 1 tspGrated ginger and Chilli
  20. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

20- 25 min
  1. 1

    1. Take wheat,and all purpose flour add ghee,salt carom seeds,ajwain, baking powder and knead the dough with mil and water.

    2. Dough should be smooth and and hard,rest it for 15 min

    3. Take a pan with oil,add,cumin, mustard, fennel seeds

  4. 4

    4. Add all veggies one by one and Cook cover.

  5. 5

    5. Add salt, turmeric powder,cumin powder,garam Masala,black pepper,grated ginger and Chilli

  6. 6

    6. Cook for few minutes untill soft

  7. 7

    7. Add chopped coriander leaves,let it cool down before stuffing

  8. 8

    Take small dough,stuff veggies by pressing and make small dough

  9. 9

    Preheat the gas oven /tandoor,put the balls and let it bake in high flame,untill golden in colour

  10. 10

    Keep turning in a regular interval.
    Serve with green chutney and sauce
