Clean and wash your rice. Then cook using a little cooking oil and salt to taste.

Boil your peas until cooked

Clean your carrots and then cut into cubes. Then in a sepate sufuria boil until ready to eat.

Then fry your onion and don't allow it to turn brown. Then add the peas, carrots and stir. Add salt to season. When ready, get a clean dish then mix the rice and the peas and carrots together. Mix well using either a cooking spoon or stick. Then serve.
