Vegetable Fish Sauce
this happen to be my first recipe on cookpad and this meal was inspired by a post here on cookpad and I decided to recreate it
Steps

Pluck ugu leaf, wash and slice and set aside; wash tomatoes, pepper and onions and dice separately and set them aside
- 2
Heat up frying pan or a medium size pot, once it’s hot, add canola oil and then onion and stir
- 3
Add fresh tomatoes, pepper, salt and knorr cube; shred/flake the fish before adding to the vegetable sauce
- 4
Stir and allow it cook for about 3 minutes then add ugu leaf, turn and make sure to mix everything properly
- 5
Turn off heat almost immediately cos you need your vegetable fresh and crunchy
- 6
Serve veg sauce with boiled sweet potatoes
