2eggs
1yellow onion
2medium carrots
1/2 cuppeas
2 clovesgarlic
1 tspminced ginger
3 cupscooked rice
2green onions
2 tbspsoy sauce
2 tspsriracha

Steps

Use half of butter to make scrambled eggs

Use half of butter to saute onions, carrots, peas, garlic, and ginger

Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and Sriracha cook for 2 minutes.

Add scrambled eggs stir until combined

Sprinkle with green onions and serve
