Ingredients

  1. 2 cupmaida
  2. 1 table spoonsemolina
  3. Oil for moyan and fry
  4. 1Fresh coconut
  5. 2 pinchcardamom
  6. Dry fruit(as per taste)
  7. 200 gmMawa

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add,semolina and 2 spoon oil for moyan.

    Mix well and make a tight dough like puri...keep it seperately for 15-20 min

    In a pan add Mawa and roast till it becomes golden brown then add fresh grated coconut,cardamom powder,dry fruit and switch off the flame.. Mix nicely...now stuffing is ready

    With the help of small dough will make a puri and in gunjia mould keep puri and fill stuffing....close that mould

    On medium flame fry it nicely and we can keep these gunjia 10-15 days

  6. 6

    Gunjia is ready for frying

  7. 7

    Gujia is ready for frying
