Ingredients

  1. 1/2 CupsVermicelli / seviyaan (boiled with a pinch of of salt and 2-3 drops of oil)
  2. 1Large Onion, finely chopped
  3. 1Potato (chopped), boiled
  4. 10-15Curry leaves
  5. 1 tspBlack mustard seeds / rai
  6. 2Garlic cloves, chopped
  7. 1 tspGinger, chopped
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tspOil

Cooking Instructions

    In a kadhai add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Once they splutter, add ginger and garlic. Saute for a minute.

    Add chopped onions and cook till pink.Add potatoes and salt. Cook till the potatoes start to brown a little.

    Add the boiled vermicelli. Toss well and serve hot.
