Ingredients

  • 1/2 lbprecooked shrimp (I did chili lime seasoning)
  • 2 pkgramen
  • 3 cupsChicken broth
  • 3 cupsbeef broth
  • 3 TbspOyster sauce
  • 2 Tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 TbspChinese five spice
  • 1/4 cupchopped Cilantro
  • 1/4 cupchopped green onion
  • 1/4 cupMatchstick carrots
  • 1Celery stalk, Chopped
  • 1lime

Steps

  1. 1

    Add broth, seasonings, and vegetables in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce to low and simmer for 6 hours. This will help the broth get rich and give it that ramen flavor

  2. 2

    Add ramen in the last 5 minutes before serving.

  3. 3

    Place noodles in bowl, pour broth over the top. Place cooked shrimp on top and sprinkle with fresh lime. Enjoy!
