If you prefer it firmer, shorten the time you let the pan rest in Step 5, or don't cook it for very long in Step 6 and have it as soup pasta. If you are using vegetables with high water content like cabbage, reduce the amount of water. Recipe by Nekozame

Pasta Bolognese with Yakiniku Sauce
This recipe came to me while I was looking at yakiniku sauce. I thought I could deliciously make a bolognese with yakiniku sauce so I made it happen.Use sugar to adjust the bitterness of the tomatoes. If you add vegetable oil while boiling the pasta, it keeps them from sticking together and is easy to eat. This is optional. This has a strong flavor, so be careful not to add too much salt and pepper. Recipe by Necchan

Chilled Tomato Pasta Sauce
We love pasta in our house, so we enjoy it in many ways.I made a variation of my recipe for Chilled Tomato Soup Pasta that tasted more like the "Chilled Tomato Sauce Pasta with a Punch" that's served at Italian restaurants in Japan in the summer.* All the directions are hints, but Steps 11 through 16 are especially important; they will decide the flavor. However, don't squeeze too much in Step 15.* It may seem like there's a lot of garlic, but it's the right amount.* Be careful to preserve the shape of the tomatoes. Recipe by *ai*

Chicken and Eggplant Tomato Sauce Pasta
There are so many tomato sauce recipes, but I just couldn't find the one for me, so I've been making this with trial and error.Add the honey (or oligosaccharide sweetener) while tasting. If you cook the pasta just right, the residual heat of the pasta will warm up the sauce. It's a bit of a reduced sauce, so if using regular pasta, add more tomatoes. Recipe by Mariave-ru

Cheese and Nuts Cream Sauce Pasta
I came across with this delicious dish while traveling, and I made my own version using cream cheese instead of mascarpone. I used store-bought pasta, so it's different from the amazing handmade pasta they make in Italy, but I think the sauce tastes very similar to the one I had.Bacon and cheese are both salty, so taste the sauce before you season it with salt and pepper.Don't overcook the pasta.I think it's tastier if you add the pasta into the sauce rather than pouring the sauce over the pasta. So we always add the pasta into the sauce at home. Recipe by Brandy

Creamy Pesto Pasta Sauce
A great sauce for any pasta or anything else you like to use pesto for (sorry for the bad photo, it really is delicious!). The balsamic vinegar in this recipe pairs well with dishes that contain tomatoes. Goes excellent with the Sun-dried Tomato Pasta - See my recipe here: https://cookpad.wasmer.app/us/recipes/271714-sun-dried-tomato-pasta-doughMakes enough for 4 servings of pasta.Recipe from an "Infused Pasta" cooking class I took at the Seasoned Farmhouse in Columbus, Ohio by Chef Tom Hughes.Notes: You can use any other green herbs or leafy greens in place of basil. You can also substitute any nut in place of the pine nuts. Almonds are the closest flavor to pine nuts, but cheaper.

Easy and Authentic Pasta in Tuna Tomato Sauce
I don't like the flavor of tomato that much, but I love this pasta sauce. Each time I make this, I'm impressed every time that this flavor can be achieved in such a short time. The amount of salt to add depends on how much bacon you add, so taste before salting. The sauce will thin out a bit when you add the pasta, so season it generously. For 2 servings. Recipe by classy

Homemade Pasta with Creamy Mushroom Sauce
I've been making homemade pasta for about 15 years. Since I've made it so many times, I've learned to judge the amount of the flour and water to use in the different climate and the required kneading time or resting time. It's a lot of work, but is quite delicious and I came up with a sauce that goes well with this homemade pasta too. The pasta makes for a great gift as well! It's really good if you can combine 3 or more different kinds of mushrooms. Homemade pasta takes a lot of effort to make, but once you get used to it after making many times, you will be surprised how delicious it is!The cooking liquid is a part of the seasoning so avoid draining too much of it. For 4 servings. Recipe by TetoNZ

White sauce pasta
It's just another lockdown recipe with lesser ingredient yet so much yummy.
