Ingredients

  2. 1 tspPanchphuran
  3. 1 tspGingerpaste
  4. 1 tspMasoori methi
  5. 1/2 tspBlacksalt
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 2 tbspCorriender leaves
  8. 250 gmMaida
  9. 250 gmAata
  10. 1 tspAjwain
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 250 gmOil
  13. Oil to deepfry

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add maida,aata,ajwain,salt&2tbsp oil mix it&crumble it,add little water&knead a dough.Rest it.Soak the chana daal,&whistle it one whistle.Strain it& Mashed it.

    Heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil,add panchphuran crackle it,add ginger paste,stir it 1 mints.Add add kastoori Methi & all dry masala mix it well.

    Add mashed chana daal,cook it nicely.Add chopped coriander leaves mix it well.Off the gas.Stuffing is ready.

    Again knead the dough.Take a bal lSize toll it as puri size,stuff the stuffing,cover it,&again roll it &deep fry it.

    Daal puri is ready.Serve with curd.
