Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl add besan, salt, chopped onions, ginger, green chilli paste, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander, carom seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder and lime juice. Mix them well. Then add water as required, whisk it well.

After that keep this batter rest for 10minutes.

Now heat a non stick tawa and spread 1/2tspn oil over the tawa to grease it.

Put some better on tawa and spread round with the help of spatula.

Pour oil along the corners and 1tspn oil on the top.

Chilla cook until the upper surface turn darker and then flip the sides.

Roast it from other side until it get brown in colour.

Take it off from the flame and serve it with dahi, salad or chutney.
