Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 1\2 cup sugar
  3. 1\2 cup milk
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. Vegetable oil
  6. Butter
  7. Yeast
  8. 2eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the dry ingredients together- flour, sugar, yeast and salt

    Add milk, melted butter, egg and mix it together until a wet dough is formed

  3. 3

    Add a little flour into the dough until a soft dough is formed

  4. 4

    Transfer the dough into a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes but the result should not be sticky

  5. 5

    Put the dough in a large grease bowl and grease the surface of the dough so as not to dry and leave for 30 minutes to rise

    After well risen roll and cut into doughnut circles. Cover again and leave it to rise for another 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Fry in preheated oil until golden brown in colour
