Spaghetti with green beans carrot stew

Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 400 gmsSanta Lucia spaghetti
  2. 1 tspbutter
  3. 250beef
  4. 250 gmschopped green beans
  5. 1/2 cupchopped carrots
  6. 2big tomatoes and 1 Hoho
  7. 1big chopped onion
  8. 1 tbspcrushed garlic
  9. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  10. 1 tspdark soy sauce
  11. Oil and salt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil spaghetti in salt water until ready, pour out excess water and add a tsp of unsalted butter.

    Fry the onions until golden brown, add the garlic, and cook for a minute or two, add the meat and stir, cook under low heat for 10 minutes, add the tomatoes, Hoho, cumin, salt carrots and green beans, add 1/4 of water and cook for another 10 minutes add the soy sauce and cook further 5 minutes.

    Serve hot with the spaghetti.

    NB: soy sauce is salty be careful not to add too much.
